Enhance your package with add-ons

1. Booking & Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date. Payment can be made via Mobile Money or bank transfer.

2. Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery of edited photos and videos is within 4–6 weeks after the event. Express delivery (within 5 working days) is available at an additional cost of GHC 1,000.

3. Coverage Hours: Each package covers a maximum of 8 hours. Additional hours are charged at GHC 500 per hour. Coverage begins from the scheduled start time.

4. Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. Copyright & Usage: All images and videos remain the intellectual property of Eddy's Shot. Clients receive a personal-use license. Commercial use requires written permission. We reserve the right to use images for portfolio and promotional purposes.

6. Force Majeure: Eddy's Shot shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
